Our return and refund rules are valid for all buyers registered with ShanghaiExpress.com. When registering in our store, the buyer fully agrees with all terms informed in our system. ShanghaiExpress.com reserves its right to update any terms whenever necessary. We inform buyers to always carefully check all terms registered on ShanghaiExpress.com.
Buyers who refuse to accept the terms registered in our store may be removed from ShanghaiExpress.com due to disagreement with the store’s rules.
Any buyer who requests a Return and Refund must comply with the rules of ShanghaiExpress.com.
The buyer is responsible for paying the transfer costs and returning the product if it was sent by the supplier. The product, when returned, must not be missing any part or present any defects caused by the buyer.
If the product is defective or missing any part, the supplier will not be responsible for the damaged product or any part missing.
The product must be returned in the same packaging without missing, gift card, batteries or any other item that was included with your order.
If everything is as seen by the supplier, the supplier will replace the product with a new one and send a new item to the buyer.
Return of amounts paid
Because ShanghaiExpress.com is a Dropshipping system, when all orders are completed in our store, ShanghaiExpress.com purchases the product from our global suppliers who are responsible for sending the product to the carrier that will deliver it to our buyer.
After the product is sent to the buyer, it is impossible to request any refund of amounts paid in cash to our buyers. Because all the amount paid is passed on to the supplier for the desired product and the carrier will be responsible for delivering the product to the buyer.
If you cancel the purchase of the product at the time of purchase, it will be possible to request a refund of the amount paid, however, only if the order has not been completed and sent to the buyer!. The deadline for requesting a refund of the gross amount paid will be 2 days after the purchase.
The deadline for returning the gross amount to your bank account may vary according to the buyer’s bank and country, it is not ShanghaiExpress.com’s responsibility to be prompt in depositing the amount into the buyer’s account. The request will be made to the bank and the bank will be responsible for transferring the amount to the buyer
Returns and Refunds not applied!
Returns of products or equipment missing parts or accessories, products damaged by misuse by the buyer will not be accepted. poor quality of the product manufactured by the supplier, collision, negligence, alteration, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, damaged box, torn manual and use etc. Every returned product will undergo screening to verify that the product is in the original legible form as it was sent to the buyer.
Returns and Refunds accepted
After canceling the order at the time of purchase, any amount paid may be returned to the customer in the event of a request to our support. The maximum deadline for the request is 2 to 5 days after the purchase made in our store. When requesting a return within the deadline, the amount will be refunded in gross form without deducting a single penny.
If amounts paid are returned, the average compensation period may vary from 5 to 15 business days after the return, check with your bank about the deadlines for international bank transfers.
